Colour is a part of our everyday and in Interior Design it is a valuable tool to set the mood and style of your space.
As your colour consultant, I bring my colour design expertise to find the perfect paint colour to suit your project taking away all the stress and hard work when faced with a wall of colour options. There are many combinations of colours – I am here to find the perfect one for your project.
I can advise you on the colour scheme for a single room or your entire home, interior and exterior. I can help choose colours that work with your surrounds, suit your personality and lifestyle, and complement the period and architecture of your home.
Design Process
WHAT TO EXPECT
† Onsite colour consultation for up to 2 hours where we will discuss colours that best suit your space and vision. Taking into consideration all the elements of your interior and/or exterior space that will not be changed. For Interiors – this will encompass items such as cabinetry, flooring, furniture and furnishings. For Exteriors – I’ll consider elements such as the style of house, roof, brickwork, windows, driveway and landscaping. As well as the orientation of your home and lighting both natural and artificial.
† As an independent colour consultant, I’m not affiliated with any paint company, so we can choose the colours from a variety of fandecks that I bring with me. I can also work with your painter to specify from their preferred paint brand.
† After the initial consultation you will receuve 2 colour scheme options. You will be provided a full specification sheet and A4 sized paint colour samples.
† A final consultation (usually onsite) to finalise the colour scheme or make adjustments.
† If your home is in the process of being built, I can work from your architectural plans and elevations.
Design Fees
WHAT TO EXPECT
EXTERIOR COLOUR CONSULTATION — $650
INTERIOR COLOUR CONSULTATION — $700 (eg 3-4 bedroom complete home)
Travel fee may apply to site visits outside of Sydney Metropolitan area
